Why Us?

Heart Mudra for open heart

We believe in offering a safe, non-competitive atmosphere of mindful self-discovery and awareness to blossom. From the beginner to advanced practitioner, our teachers of diverse lineage (Kripalu, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Viniyoga) bring precision and modifications to meet your individual needs.

Yoga classes are kept small, intimate and true to yogic philosophy. In addition to group classes, Open Heart offers individual therapeutic yoga sessions, holistic bodywork, workshops, trainings and nutritional coaching.

Our teachers are all well-trained, certified in what they offer and are experts in their field. We hold the sacred space here at Open Heart Yoga and Wellness Center that reflects the ancient yogic teachings of Non-violence, Truth, Compassion, Moderation and Self-Study.
