Our session is an 8 week program for $96.00. This will give you a space in one class per week that you choose and a discount on your fee. Missed classes can be made up during the 8 week session and can not be made up in the following session (please call to make sure we have room for a make up). If you do a drop in class it is only space available and the fee is $15.00 per class.

  • You can start anytime, if you join mid-series, the cost will
          be pro-rated.
  • Please make an effort to arrive a few minutes early to
          honor yourself and the class.
  • Come with an empty belly and an open mind
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume or heavily scented
          lotions; some people are sensitive to fragrance.
  • Missed classes are non-refundable, however, make-ups
         are allowed.


  • New to Yoga?
    Try a FREE introductory class for first-time students only. These classes are held once per month and all levels are welcome.

    Gentle:
    Soothing sequence of basic postures with concentration on alignment, breath, and relaxation. For beginners and those who want to reinforce the basics.

    Intermediate:
    Explore classic postures, variations, deeper holds, pranayama and meditation. This class is recommended for those with previous yoga experience.

    Mixed Level:
    A blend of gentle movement, variations of basic postures, and relaxation skills. Tailored to various levels of proficiency to meet all students' needs.

    AAAH Yoga:
    Slow, gentle, restorative postures wil long relaxation. A great way to end the week or begin the weekend.

    Teen Yoga:
    Teens will experience postures, breath work, and relaxation techniques.
